Videoselz Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms and any other terms incorporated herein. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Account Registration

Videoselz is offered as a Shopify application. To use the Service, you must install the Videoselz app through your Shopify store's administrative interface. Account access and authentication are managed through Shopify's systems, and we rely on Shopify to verify your identity as the store owner or an authorized user of the store.

You represent that you have the authority to install and use the Service on behalf of the Shopify store and to bind the store owner to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your Shopify Admin in connection with the Service.

You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of the Service related to your Shopify account.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Videoselz grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes;
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service;
• Bypass any technical protections.

4. Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant Videoselz a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

4.2 Machine Learning / Analytics Use

You expressly agree that Videoselz may analyze Content and associated usage data to develop and improve internal systems, including analytics models and predictive systems, provided such use is anonymized and aggregated so that individual merchant identity is not disclosed without explicit consent.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees ("Fees"). You agree to pay all Fees in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. You are responsible for any taxes and charges incurred by your use of the Service.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 Term

These Terms are effective when you first use the Service and remain in effect until terminated.

6.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the deactivation or cancellation process within the Service.

6.3 Termination by Videoselz

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, without liability.
