Online Store 2.0 Themes

For OS 2.0 themes, embedding is drag-and-drop:

1. Open the Theme Customizer from your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to the page where you want to display videos.
3. Click Add section or Add block.
4. Select the Videoselz app block.
5. Choose your carousel from the dropdown.
6. Save the theme.

The app block is available on any page template that supports app sections.

Vintage Themes

For themes that do not support OS 2.0 app blocks, use the embed snippet:

1. Go to Videoselz > Carousels and select your carousel.
2. Click Embed Code to copy the Liquid snippet.
3. Paste it into your theme template file where you want the carousel to appear.

Custom Placement

You can embed a carousel anywhere in your theme by using the snippet above. Common placements include:

• Homepage: Below the hero section or above the footer.
• Product pages: Below the product description to show related video content.
• Collection pages: At the top of the collection to showcase featured products.
• Blog posts: Inline with article content to add video context.

Multiple Carousels

You can place multiple carousels on the same page. Each carousel operates independently with its own video set and configuration.
