What Are Shoppable Tags?

Shoppable tags link products to a video. Tagged products appear as product cards on the video; when a shopper taps one in the video player, the Quickview panel shows the product's name, price, variants and an Add to Cart button.

Adding Tags to a Video

1. In Videoselz, go to Library.
2. On the video's card, click + Tag Product (if the video already has tags, click +).
3. Search your Shopify catalog and select the products to link to the video.
4. Leave Add videos to product playlist (Recommended) checked to also show the video on each tagged product's page.
5. Click Save tag.

The Free plan allows 2 tagged products per video; Pro is unlimited.

Tag Display Options

How product cards show is set for your whole store in Settings → Carousel:

• Show product summary card: shows the tagged product on the video card.
• Show product summary card on floating player.
• Don't show product overlay on product page: on by default, so the video stays clean when it's already on that product's page. Turning it off needs Pro.

Product Availability

Product information — price, title, images and availability — comes from your Shopify catalog. If a tagged product is sold out, its Quickview shows Sold out; the tag stays on the video.

You also control what happens when a tagged product is archived or set to Draft, under Settings → Carousel → When a tagged product is archived or set to Draft: show it, hide its name and price, or hide the video. On Pro, Settings → General can hide videos whose tagged products aren't available in the shopper's market.

Analytics

Analytics are reported for your whole store — video clicks, add to carts, orders and revenue from shoppers who watched your videos. See Analytics.
