Installation

Prerequisites

Before installing Videoselz, make sure your store meets these requirements:

• A Shopify store on a paid plan (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus). Stores on Shopify's free trial can install the app, but Shopify doesn't allow video uploads on trial plans.
• An Online Store 2.0 theme (such as Dawn). Videoselz is added to your storefront as a theme app block, which vintage themes don't support.

Install from the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the Videoselz listing on the Shopify App Store.
2. Click Add app.
3. Review the permissions and click Install app to authorize.

Once installed, Videoselz appears in the Apps section of your Shopify admin.

Verify Installation

After installation, open your Shopify admin and navigate to Apps > Videoselz. You should see the home screen with the Create your first Playlist checklist: Upload video and tag products, Create Playlist, and Add app block.

If you do not see the app, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

Uninstalling

To remove Videoselz, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin. Find Videoselz and click Uninstall. If you have questions about your data after uninstalling, email help@videoselz.com.
