Installation

Prerequisites

Before installing Videoselz, make sure your store meets these requirements:

• A Shopify store on any paid plan (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus).
• An Online Store 2.0 compatible theme is recommended for the best experience.

Install from the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the Videoselz listing on the Shopify App Store.
2. Click Add app.
3. Review the permissions and click Install app to authorize.

Once installed, Videoselz appears in the Apps section of your Shopify admin.

Verify Installation

After installation, open your Shopify admin and navigate to Apps > Videoselz. You should see the Videoselz dashboard with options to upload videos and create carousels.

If you do not see the app, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

Uninstalling

To remove Videoselz, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin. Find Videoselz and click Remove app. Your uploaded videos and carousel configurations will be retained for 30 days in case you reinstall.
