Click Behavior

Where to find it: Settings → Carousel → Click Behavior

Determines what happens when a shopper clicks on a video in the carousel. There are two options:

Open the floating player Opens a compact video player anchored to the corner of the screen. The shopper can keep browsing the page while the video plays. This is ideal for stores where you want shoppers to continue seeing products while watching.

Open the full screen player Opens an immersive full-screen video experience (Watchpage). The video fills the screen with navigation arrows to browse other videos in the playlist. This drives deeper engagement and is best for storytelling or longer videos.

If you select the floating player, an additional Bottom Padding setting will appear to let you fine-tune the player's position.
