CTA Button Behavior

Where to find it: Settings → Carousel → Video Overlays

Requires Show CTA Button to be enabled.

Controls what happens when a shopper clicks the "Shop Now" button on a video card's product overlay.

Option	Description
Open video in full screen view	Opens the fullscreen video player (Watchpage). The shopper watches the video and can then add to cart from within the player.
Open product page	Takes the shopper directly to the product detail page for the tagged product.

When to use each:

• Use full screen view when your videos are key to the purchase decision — demos, tutorials, or UGC that show the product in use.
• Use product page when your shoppers are ready to buy and you want to minimize friction.
