When a Tagged Product Is Archived or Set to Draft
Where to find it: Settings → Carousel → Inactive Products
Default: Show video and product details · Available on all plans
Sets what happens to a video when a product tagged in it is archived or set to Draft in Shopify:
- Show video and product details — nothing changes.
- Show Video. Hide product name & price (recommended) — the video keeps playing, without the product's name and price.
- Hide the video entirely — the video is removed from the carousel.
Deleted products are always removed from videos automatically.
